Most regret in outdoor projects comes from the same place: a decision that looked fine on a plan and wrong in real life — a pergola that blocks the evening sun, a pool that sits too close to the boundary, paving in a colour that reads completely differently at full scale. On a drawing those are easy to miss. In Preview they are obvious.

That matters commercially, not just visually. Changes made in Preview cost a conversation. The same change after procurement costs materials, programme and goodwill. So we front-load the decisions — levels, sightlines, shade, finishes, planting density — while they are still free to make.

Preview is part of how we design, not an add-on you have to ask for. You see the space, we adjust it with you, and construction starts from something you have already walked through and approved.
