These terms cover the website only. They are not the terms of any construction, design or maintenance work. Any project we carry out for you is governed by a separate written contract signed by both parties.
Information on this site
We aim to keep the information here accurate and current, but it is provided for general information only. Descriptions of services, materials, timelines and processes are indicative and may change. Nothing on this website is an offer capable of acceptance, a quotation, or a guarantee of any particular result.
Any figures describing our team's experience refer to projects delivered by our founders and team prior to and during Montera, and are stated in good faith.
Enquiries and quotations
Submitting the enquiry form does not create a contract between us. Prices, scope and programme are confirmed only in a written quotation and signed contract, following a site visit where required.
Images and visualisations
Design visualisations, renders and 3D or VR walkthroughs — including those produced as part of Montera Preview — are representations of a proposed design. They are prepared to help you make decisions before construction. Materials, planting, finishes, lighting and site conditions can cause the built result to differ in appearance. Where a visualisation forms part of an agreed scope, the signed contract and its specification take precedence.
Intellectual property
The content of this website — including text, layout, graphics, logos, photographs, renders and the Montera name and marks — belongs to Montera or its licensors. You may view and print pages for your own personal or internal business use. You may not copy, republish, distribute or use our content commercially without our written permission.
Your use of the site
You agree not to:
- use the site for any unlawful purpose or in breach of UAE law;
- submit false information, or another person's details without their permission;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers or connected systems;
- introduce malicious code, or interfere with the site's operation;
- scrape or systematically extract content from the site.
Links to other sites
Where we link to third-party websites, we do so for convenience. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
Availability
We do not guarantee that the site will always be available or uninterrupted. We may suspend, withdraw or change any part of it without notice.
